EDITION 01 · RESERVATION TERMS
Campaign-specific terms for the active edition. These terms operate alongside PHAM’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
The $24.99 deposit is an initial payment toward one $199.00 PHAM-001 jacket, not a separate access fee. The deposit is credited to the jacket price. A confirmed deposit records an allocation subject to payment confirmation, edition capacity, fraud review and the final terms disclosed at checkout.
After confirmed reservation payment, PHAM intends to deliver the Edition-exclusive digital lookbook electronically. Checkout must obtain any consent required for immediate digital-content delivery. Delivery of digital content does not remove statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights where applicable law provides otherwise.
When the acquisition window opens, a reserved collector is expected to receive a request for the remaining product balance of $174.01. Shipping, taxes and duties may be added at checkout according to destination and applicable rules. The planned payment window is 72 hours. If the balance is not paid within the valid window, PHAM may release the allocation, subject to applicable law and the final published terms.
The deposit is part of the jacket purchase price rather than an independent access fee. Conditions for cancellation, deposit refunds, production thresholds and non-payment of the remaining balance must be finalized and clearly disclosed before checkout opens. Customers retain mandatory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law. If PHAM cannot fulfill an order, it will provide the refund or other remedy required under the published terms and applicable law.
Object Identity privileges are limited across both paid upgrades and referral unlocks. The paid Identity upgrade is a separate add-on and is not part of the reservation credit applied to the object price. Preferred object numbers are not final until server-side allocation confirms the number. Custom inscriptions remain subject to production constraints and PHAM content standards.
After paid reservations reach the edition allocation, further customers may join a free standby queue. A promoted standby customer pays the full $199.00 because no reservation credit was previously paid. Queue and offer-window rules are subject to the final campaign terms.
After final acquisition is confirmed, the object may move through production, quality control, packing, dispatch and delivery stages shown in Collector Access. These stages are operational records, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier tracking controls the shipment estimate once the object is dispatched. Any published production or delivery estimate remains subject to the final order terms, destination, customs and events outside PHAM’s reasonable control.
Edition 01 is intended to include 50 collector tokens: 49 silver-tone and one gold-tone finish. Token finish does not change ownership rights in the PHAM object and PHAM does not promise a resale, investment or cash value. The allocation mechanism and any related public promotion require final jurisdictional legal review before launch; where applicable law requires a different mechanism or disclosure, PHAM may amend this part of the edition protocol before reservations open.
