Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- The return must be due solely to a manufacturing defect or product fault that existed prior to opening. Returns for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, dissatisfaction with color, style, or any other personal preference will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Proof of Pre-existing Defect — Required To protect against intentional damage claims, all defect-based return requests must be supported by video evidence or equivalent documentation clearly showing that the product was already damaged or defective before or during unboxing. The footage must capture the unboxing process continuously from start to finish without cuts. Returns submitted without such evidence will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue. Remember that video evidence of the unboxing is required to support any such claim.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Digital products — Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been made available for download. We cannot verify whether files have been saved or accessed, therefore no returns or refunds will be issued for digital products.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective item and your return is approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Note: This statutory right applies to physical goods only and does not extend to digital products that have been made available for download.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
