Thank you for shopping at PHAM. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of all products and digital assets purchased through our Services.
I. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DIGITAL ACCESS PASSES
- Delivery Method: Instant electronic delivery upon successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery Location: A secure download link or access credentials will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.
- Didn't receive your file? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received your digital asset within 5 minutes of purchase, contact us at contact@phamofficial.com.
Please note: All digital product sales are final. As outlined in our Refund Policy, digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been made available, regardless of whether the file has been opened or downloaded.
II. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Vietnamese public holidays.
During periods of high order volume — such as new collection drops or pre-order releases — processing may take additional days. If your order is subject to a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
PHAM ships to international destinations; however, we are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
5. Damages & Lost Items During Transit
PHAM is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping unless a valid unboxing video is provided.
As required under our Refund Policy, a continuous, unedited unboxing video without any cuts — filmed from the moment of receiving the parcel to fully opening its contents — is strictly required to process any damage or loss claim. Claims submitted without this evidence will not be accepted under any circumstances.
